Some leukemia patients exhibit no symptoms

Leukemia is one of the most dangerous types of cancer that starts in the organs that make blood, namely the bone marrow and the lymph system and its divided into two types, the acute and chronic. Acute leukemias are the rapidly progressing leukemias, while the chronic leukemias progress more slowly. The cells thats produced blood cell in the bone marrow are called lymph system.

The signs and symptoms of leukemia are not quite specific. This is because some symptoms can be found in non-cancer patients as well. The symptoms of people with leukemia are weight loss, enlarge spleen lymph nodes, fatigue, hematoma, abnormal bleeding, abdominal pain, fever most of the time and complaining joint pain. Some leukemia patients exhibit no symptoms until the disease becomes chronic.

If you are suspected of having infected with leukemia disease the doctor will often recommend many testing before confirm that you leukemia patients. The doctor will do a blood test wherein any abnormalities related to leukemia can be seen. The two abnormalities are called anemia and leukocytes. Anemia means that the blood has very low levels of erythrocytes or red blood cells. Leukopenia means that the blood has very low levels of leukocytes or white blood cells.
